National Marketing Advisory Committee (NMAC) consists of several individuals including corporate Marketing personnel and IOLCF member franchisees, chosen by the association. This committee meets six times per year either in person or via teleconference to allow for input into national marketing decisions. Franchisees serving on the committee are required to travel to Detroit for meetings with LCE and serve a two year term.
National Operations Advisory Committee (NOAC) consists of several individuals including corporate Franchise Services personnel and IOLCF member franchisees, chosen by the association. This committee meets on an as needed basis to allow for input into decisions regarding product specifications, quality, new methods of product distribution and changes to the franchise agreement. Franchisees serve a two year term.
